Positioning and Journey Review for Affluent Brands

See where serious buyers hesitate on your website — and what to fix first to increase qualified consultation requests.

A fixed-price review for founder-led UK businesses selling high-value products or services to affluent buyers. We identify where confidence drops between first interest and a private conversation, and we recommend the three changes most likely to improve enquiry quality and increase consultation requests.

No obligation. Everything you share is treated in confidence.

Serious buyers rarely say no. They just go quiet.

When an affluent buyer is considering a high-value decision, the problem is rarely a lack of interest alone. More often, they pause when the value is not yet clear enough, the proof is too thin, the reassurance is missing, or the next step feels too exposed.

That is why this review looks at the full enquiry journey before you spend more on traffic. We assess where hesitation enters the process — from first interest, to proof, to reassurance, to the point of a private conversation.

Who carries out the review

The review is led by Graham Arrowsmith, who has spent 46 years in direct response marketing, including roles at British American Tobacco, LEGO UK, Royal Mail and Equifax.

He holds an MBA in Marketing with Distinction and the DMA Diploma in Direct Marketing with Distinction. The review also draws on MECLABS research into how people assess value, overcome anxiety and decide whether to say yes.

After the review, the choice is yours

Some clients implement the recommendations themselves. Others ask for help applying them.

If you want support after the review, that may include qualified affluent audience targeting through The UK High Net Worth Database, postcard campaigns, the 3-month Affluent Marketing Package, or a discreet concierge agent for your website. None of this is required to benefit from the review.
